Articles and photos :

All our parts are taken in quality photos to make the reality on photo as best as possible. However, some rooms are difficult to photograph and their colors vary depending on the lighting (artificial or natural light). This is particularly the case with fluorines. There may therefore be slight differences in contrast and sometimes computer, tablet or laptop monitors may give color calibration results that are slightly different from the real thing.

In this case no claim on this subject can be made.

Availablity :

All items for sale are available, however update time is required after ordering. It is sometimes possible that items that have found a buyer directly on the spot are still available for sale online. In the event of unavailability within an order, we undertake to reimburse you in full for the amount of the unavailable item as well as the shipping costs associated with it.

Payments :

- Mainly by credit card via Paypal because it is the fastest and most efficient means of transaction. It is safe and secure with guarantees for both the buyer and the seller.

- By check, in this case contact us to reserve the object for us while we receive the check. After validation of the purchase by contacting us, the check is expected within 5 working days and the item is sent after the check has been cashed and it appears on the account.

- By bank transfer, in this case contact us by email to block the sale and we will give you the RIB for the payment. After being credited to the account, we send the item.

- By cash, if you come to pick up your order.

Order and reservation :

It is possible to order minerals if we do not have them in stock, in which case a deposit of 30% is required and the rest payable when we receive the order.

It is also possible to reserve parts that we have in stock, in this case a deposit is requested and the amount fixed with the buyer when booking.

In case of withdrawal, no deposit will be returned.

It is also possible to pay for a reserved room in several installments. From an amount of 100 euros and up to 500 euros, we accept a maximum of 3 monthly payments. The parcel is sent after receipt of the 3 monthly payments. Beyond 500 euros, we accept payment in 4 monthly installments under the same shipping conditions after receipt. Check cashing dates are set with the buyer. The second check is cashed one month after the first, and so on until all the checks have been cashed.

Billing :

We (Rockmineralvalley) are subject to the micro enterprise tax regime. The invoice must simply mention "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI".

Information provided by the buyer:

All information provided by the customer at the time of the order is binding on the latter. We cannot therefore be held responsible for the consequences in the event of errors relating to the contact details of the recipient or the debtor of the order.

Delivery and dispatch :

Delivery is by default by tracked colissimo or registered colissimo with insurance, via La Poste. Packages are sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the samples purchased. International deliveries are made by international colissimo. Small items (not exceeding 3 x 10 x 10 cm in size and weighing less than 2 kg) can be sent by registered letter. Each sample is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Rock Mineral Valley cannot be held responsible for the loss, destruction or theft of goods. shipped. If such a scenario arises, have the problem noted by a postal agent so that any compensation can be awarded to you (see in this regard the conditions of sale of colissimo on the La Poste site or in a post office) .

Confidentiality :

All of the buyer's information is kept strictly confidential.

Buyback of collections :

We buy back your mineral collections if they interest us after appraisal.

In this case, we will determine with you the price of the collection after appraisal of each piece, if there is an agreement on both sides for a possible repurchase, we just ask you for a signed certificate of resale of the collection and a copy of your identity card (legal obligation). We pay in cash or bank transfer.

Properties and law :

All our photos can be shared with the obligation to include the name of the photographer (Richard Dusty Mercier) and to register our Rock Mineral Valley site.

All our photos are our properties.

We have had permission to post other photos on our site. ; these have for caption the place and the photographer.
