Goods and pictures:

All our pieces are photographed to make the pictures colors looking like them for real. Meanwhile it is sometime difficult to photograph some pieces and their colors can vary according to the light (artificial or daylight), particularly about fluorites. There is a possibility of light difference in contrast and sometime with the computers monitors, tablets or portable screen colors which can give slightly different colors from reality.

In this case, no complaint will be taken into account.

Availability:

All articles for sale are available. Meanwhile a delay of updating is necessary after an order.  It is sometime possible that articles sold directly on place are still available on line.  In case of unavailability within an order, we will refund the amount of the unavailable article.

Payment:

​

First by bank card via PayPal which is the fastest and efficient transaction mean. It is safe and secured with guaranty for both the buyer and the seller.

Order and booking:

​

It is possible to order minerals that are not in stock.  In this case a 30% partial payment is required and the balance is due when we get your order and before we send it.

In case of order's cancellation from the customer, the partial payment is not refunded.

Invoice:

Rock Mineral Valley is under the micro business financial taxes regulations.

The invoice simply mentions “VAT not applicable, art 293 B of CGI”.

Information provided by the buyer:

Information provided by the buyer at the order engage him / herself.  We cannot be responsible for consequences in case of mistake about their addresses with the references of the receiver or the debtor of the order.

Delivery and shipment:

​

Parcels are, the most of time, sent by “colissimo” with insurance from French post office.

Packages are sent on 3 business days following the receipt of payment.  

Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the weight of the goods ordered.

International shipping are sent by international “colissimo”.

Small objects (being less than 3 x 10 x 10 cm and less than 2 kilos) can be sent by registered letter.

Each sample is carefully packed up with bubble packing paper.

Rock Mineral Valley cannot be responsible for the loss, destruction or theft of the shipped items.

In such a case, you can contact your local post office to know if you can get a refund through the insurance. (Read about this the sale conditions of “colissimo” on the website “La Poste” or in a post office).

Confidentiality:

Information about the buyer are strictly kept confidentially.

Repurchase of collections:

​

We can buy you minerals collections if we are interested about them and after expertise.

In this case we fix together the price after expertise of each piece.

When we agree about the price, we will need from you a signed resale attestation / certificate about your collection and we will need a copy of your ID card (asked by French law).

Property and rights:

All our photos can be shared with the obligation to mention the name of the photographer (Richard Dusty Mercier) and the website Rock Mineral Valley.

All our photos are our property.

We've got authorization to publish on our website other pictures. You will find the name of the photographer below the pictures.

Any reproduction total or partial of the website, photos, text or the logo used without authorization is forbidden, art L.713-2 and of the code of the intellectual property.
